At the beginning of each new month, the children will find new projects on the 'work' shelf. Today they were excited to play with the ocean animals in a big box of water, play the dice/counting game and experiment with the magnets. This is the most fun and for sure the most popular! The kids take items out of a bowl and use the magnet to see if they are magnetic. If they are, they go on the 'Magnetic' page. If not, they are on the 'Non-Magnetic' page. We learned to recognize the word 'Non' because it kind of looks like 'no'.
